  It has taken me 2 years to do my review hoping this Co. would make things right.
  I hired Troy Contracting back in April 2021 to redo my bathroom. I also needed to have a new concrete driveway put in.
  I gave them the driveway too. They talked me into a patio out back done in stamped concrete. they also did a retaining wall and all my public sidewalks.
  The driveway carport area was supposed to have footers put in, called a monolithic pour. where your footers are done with the driveway.
  I was in Florida during the work due to having only one bathroom and being a single dad. I did not want my son to be inconvenienced with the work that was being done.
  The footers were never done.
  The stamped Concrete is not only slippery when wet do to using warn out stamps. But it is now cracking and the finish is peeling off .
  I have fallen and went to emergency for a concussion. My son has also slipped and injured his back. I have to lay matts down when I throw a party to avoid injury's.
  When they did the pour. Concrete splattered all over the $6000.00 retaining wall that they installed. The sliding door on the patio was wrapped in metal. Instead of putting tape on it to protect it , they destroyed it instead. when they sent a worker back to fix it he scratched it up making it worst.
  They tore up my back yard and even disposed of the left over concrete in my garden.
  In redoing my bathroom. The company doing my irrigation system asked for a 3/4 pvc pipe coming out the side of the house, they didn't do that as well until the crew showed up, then troy contracting scramble with another contractor on the property to make it happen.
  I also asked for a waterline out to the carport area to wash the car. Instead of running the waterline through the wall they ran a blue pex line on top of my cream colored siding damaging my siding. I had to hire a professional to run the water line in the wall where it belongs and get my siding replaced. Pics will be available on my other reviews

  DO NOT USE. Took $45k dollars from us to finish a basement with a bar. Not only was the communication and work poor, but two out of the four inspections failed. Did not even show up for the inspections but once they found out the inspections failed they went MIA and never returned to the job. Lawyer reached out and we tried to negotiate them returning to complete the job and they even just stopped responding to the lawyer. Currently fighting in court for them to be accountable.
