    Got a coat for dry cleaning and it got damaged at the store (used an abrasive way or material to clean it), coat looks like it was damaged, throughout almost a year they took it back trying to fix it to no avail, tried to contact management many times and the coat is still with the business and never got a resolution to the coat they damaged, I have multiple pictures of the damage. Multiple managers and owners in the business and I never got a call back or a resolution to the problem.I called and visited many many times without a resolution...always promised a call and a resolution from both owners (and managers) but none was followed up by them or resolved. need a similar jacket or refund of the amount paid for the jacket (approx $400), coat is approx 2 years old and Have shown similar products online, I do not have a receipt for the coat.

    I have taken two dresses to the **********, ** location over the last few months and my husband just brought home the second dress. BOTH times my garment has been returned to me damaged. Tonight, my husband came home with my dress and upon inspection I immediately noticed it was damaged. Photos have been attached for reference. Look up my account under *********************** - it should be noted that a dress I had cleaned there for my engagement party had brown streak stains all along the back which I unfortunately didn't notice until I unpacked it to wear to the party. Now, once again, another dress is ruined. Both of these dresses were literally brand new when I dropped them off and now yet another one is unwearable. I'm furious and am demanding I be reimbursed for the full cost of my dress - $60. I let the first one go because it had been a few weeks before I unwrapped it and noticed the damage, but I refuse to let you all put me out of yet another dress. As you can tell from the photos, the damage appears to be burn marks or some sort of thinning of the material likely from a steamer being held too closely.This is on both the front and back. As I'm sure you can understand, I am furious. I look forward to hearing back from you at your earliest with next steps for reimbursement for the second garment of mine that your establishment has now destroyed.

Owner offered to present to the ********************************** for 3rd party review and analysis. Customer was advised their garment is ready to be retrieved.

    1. I provided photo evidence of the streaks and marks on my brand new garment that were not there prior to drop-off that any 3rd party would agree constitutes as damage.

    2. I have never been spoken to as poorly as I was by the owner, *********************. This man said, quote: my $60 dress was a drop in his million dollar business and called me a "*****." Similar to another customer's complaint on the Bel Air location BBB page, he accused me of trying to destroy his business and take down a small business owner since I filed on BBB before speaking with him. I have every right to file on BBB whenever I want and I'm glad I did since this is clearly how this man treats people. He's out of his mind.

    3. Told me he would follow-up on Friday after a cool-down given the extremely hostile conversation on Wednesday. This follow-up was merely an email saying the dress was ready for pick-up and an image of only the front of the dress, conveniently angled to seemingly hide the streaks.

    4. Was waiting to see his response on Friday before escalating, and after receiving what I did, I will be escalating to corporate.
