    Carpet Concept has a great selection of carpets. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to flooring. Very professional and cares about the services they provide. If I decide to buy some more flooring I would definitely go back to their store. Outstanding customer services and flooring. This place is a Five (5) star place of business.

    this place is fantastic. every single member of the staff has been friendly, polite, knowledgeable and patient. they are able to answer any and all questions i have without needing to check with someone else. you can tell that have a lot of experience doing this. when they come out to your home to take measurements they are always on time and efficient. they explain all the steps they are doing and take the time to make sure that you are happy with them. they are very communicative during the whole process including scheduling to make sure they can work around your needs to inconvenience you as little as possible. the installation is super fast and well done, its easy to see they have a lot of experience under their belt and i have never had a single issue with any work they have done in my house. and i will 100% be using them again when its time for my next project!!
