      Approximately 6-8 months ago, I attempted to reach Thermo Sash Inc to have 4 upper windows ( double hung) replaced due to condensation/moisture damages, and 1 upper window because of a stress crack on the inside glass. I Called the XXX-XXX-XXXX number and left a message regarding the above. I left a voicemail and requested a return call. About 1 week later I received a call from a man who stated that ***** ********** is no longer with the company and that he didn't get back to me because he was sick. He took the information about the windows that needed to be replaced. After about 1 month, my wife called, and left them a voice mail about the defected windows and that we had not heard from them. She requested a response or she stated she would report incident to the BBB. I received a call from Representative who stated he wasn't happy with my wife threatening to call the BBB. He stated that the windows were on back order, but he didn't sound honest and sincere about it. Another 3 months have gone by and we haven't heard from him or any other representative from Thermo Sash. We would like for you to investigate claim. Thank You.

      Consumer Response /* (4200, 12, 2022/08/01) */ They contacted me , the same day claim was placed. They said the windows will be shipped on July XX XXXX. I tried to get in touch with them without success. Left message have not received a response.
