      On Monday February 17 2025 my fianc ******* ******** took my car- a 2015 ***** 3 hatchback into G and G auto to get 4 new tires put on. One of our friends from work referred us to go there for tires since we have only lived in ************ since August of 2024. ******* asked them about getting the 4 new tires and if they would look at the battery an give him prices for a new one. 20 minutes later they came back saying they didnt wanna mess with the battery cause the connector would snap from the battery corrosion. When he went to go pay the bill $450 for the tires they told him that they left the car running and his keys are on the seat. (they new if they turned car off it wouldnt start back up) ******* got in the car and all the dashboard lights were lit up and when he tried to put the car in Drive it wouldnt move. So he went back inside and told them all the dashboard lights are on and car wont move. The mechanic walks out with him to the car, opens the hood and says theres your problem its the battery. ******* says my car ran 100% fine before coming here and now whats he supposed to do since the car wont move. The mechanic tells him to call a tow truck. Another mechanic comes out and puts 2 zip ties around the connector to the battery so its connecting to keep the car running. He tells him if u turn car off it wont start back up. So ******* drives the car maybe 20 mph barely making it home. ******* tells me everything that happened. I call the company asking them what happened to my car. They told me they dont deal with ******** and its not their problem. When I asked to speak to owner they hung up. I called back a couple times and they kept just putting me on hold and hanging up-finally one of them last time I tried calling said owner is gonna tell me the same thing that its not their problem. We went in to a company for 4 new tires/prices on a new battery and leaving my car wouldnt run/dashboard lights on and 2 zip ties on my battery.

         Customer came in for 4 new tires and asked the sales person if we did batteries. Prior to us working on his vehicle, he claimed that he has had trouble with vehicle not starting.  Upon inspection, the mechanic discovered SEVERE corrosion on the battery terminals, to the point of significant deterioration. The sales representative promptly informed the customer that the issue extended beyond just the battery and could potentially involve electrical components, advising that this type of work was outside of our services and urging the customer to address the problem as soon as possible. Once the tires were complete, the vehicle was pulled out front of the building with the engine running in which the customer was also advised. Later, the customer returned with concerns about the vehicle's performance. After further observation, we worked alongside of the customer to implement a temporary fix, WITH THE CUSTOMER OBSERVING AND THE CUSTOMERS APPROVAL, as it was clear that CORROSION was the source of the issue.
