    I paid $ ****** to sunrise sanitation for trash service and they never picked it up with I called them today and ask what was the issues they said that i called and said that i had nothing to be picked up but I never called them to say that

    On September 11 and 12, 2024 we received multiple phone calls from both **** and ***** ******. First **** stated that he had people putting trash with his that did not belong to him, so he should not be charged for being over the limit of 6 bags. We suggested he use duct tape to differentiate his bags from any others that may be dropped off. He said he did not have duct tape but that he had yellow paint he would use. In that same conversation, he also indicated he would not have any trash this week (the 12th being his pickup day). To let our driver know, we created a work order that said there would be no trash out. On the 12th, we received a phone call from **** and ***** with ***** upset that trash wasn't picked up. We explained that we were told by **** that there would be no trash out. She complained that she didn't tell us that she would not be putting trash out. **** ******** name is the only name on the account. If he has roommates, they should each have an account or be named on the current account. We do not know living arrangements nor do we know the personal lives of our customers. At one point they wanted their money returned, we are currently in the Sept/Oct billing cycle, which they still owe, so there was no money to return. The bi-monthly rate is currently $66.18, so where they state they paid $262.00 is unknown to us and nonfactual. We record every phone call, and I have three phone calls that I can send if you would allow the file type. Some conversations were very hard to understand and or hear because of all the talking, cursing, and commotion in the background.
