      I went to **********, MD with my family for a get-away weekend. When we arrived at our hotel (**********************), we were given a coupon book. One of the coupons was for Shmagel's Bagels and it specifically stated the following: "1/2 DOZEN BAGELS FREE With this coupon. Not valid w/ other offers. Exp. 5/31/25 BB." After purchasing breakfast sandwiches, bagels and coffee, I tried to use the free coupon. The girl I spoke to in the *********** store (****** ***********) told me that the coupon was misprinted and they would not honor it. She was extremely rude and very unprofessional and discourteous. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. Another store employee told me that a woman named ****** was the manager and gave me her telephone number. I called her and she said that they would not honor the coupon. I feel like this is false advertising. I am sure this coupon brings a lot of potential customers in the get their "free" **********************, only to be told that the coupon is not being honored. Quite honestly, I would NOT have gone to this establishment, except for this coupon. There were quite a few bagel stores that were much closer for me. If the coupon was, in fact, misprinted, shouldn't their issue be with the printer and not the customers?
