My card information was stolen and i was charged almost $3,500.00 from this establishment. How did this happen ?

    Business Response

This card was not stolen it was given to ******* ***** who is in a relationship with ******* *****.  Who stole it?  The person she lives with?  They have children together and ******* ***** maliciously totaled a jet ski we own with over $10,000 of damage and refused to pay for the damages so the credit card on file was charged as it states will happen in the paperwork ******* signed.  *******'s card is the one ******* submitted on file when he rented a jet ski from us.  Please see attached photos of ******* and ******* together.  Her email was also used in the booking which is ********@yahoo.com ...They just bought a house together so to say this is a stolen card they are committing credit card fraud and are liars.  Instead of trying to lie, it would be better if they man’d up and pay for the damage they caused, rather than having to be sued and pay attorneys fees and judgement interest.  You can find the police report with the DNR report # ************ , the damage happened on 6/15/24.  All damage, pictures and documents have been submitted into evidence for our civil trial.  We keep trying to upload pictures but they are not going through, we tried to upload just one and an error keeps popping up.

There is no need to further respond to this customer.  She is the one who made the booking and used her credit card.  Her credit card was used and was on file and given to us by her boyfriend/spouse.  Her card was NOT stolen.  Her boyfriend/spouse crashed our jet ski into another jet ski causing over $10,000 in damage.  The card on file was charged for partial damages.  She lives with ******* ***** and they have children together and just bought a house together less than 2 weeks ago.  You can easily see her and his ******** page which show they are in a intimate relationship.  She's a liar.  Period.  End of us replying.

We reserved two jet skis for $300. The weather did not permit us to go out on them. Instead of refunding our money they tried to say the weather was fine and we cant get a refund. This was on Jun 22nd. The company rendered no services and still charged us the full amount.
