    Contract signed September 3 2022 for extensive renovations to private home. Work was mostly completed before Thanksgiving 2022. Company guarantees work. I have tried to contact them continuously since March 2023 and several times prior to that date. Some large problems have developed, including new mantel over fireplace now falling down after guarantee that it could support several hundred pounds of weight (antique clocks). Shelves surrounding the fireplace are beginning to sag and are no longer level. Also, one kitchen light needs replacement, stairs need to be redone due to noise, cracks developing, and a few other matters. Project Manager ***************** did drop by March 30 2023 and took pictures and agreed that extensive repairs were required. Since then - no response to texts, and letter sent return receipt required has been returned by PO marked Return to Sender/Unclaimed. Total cost paid was $134,750. I need this company to honor guarantees posted on its website and in the contract they signed. Additional information: Project Manager **** responded to a text and promised to return with a contract employee to begin fixing problems. Despite agreement on date and time (August 12 between 3-5PM), no one showed up.
