    In October I have went to elite driving School before I went to them I contacted them and I wanted to find out so my daughter could take driver's ed I asked him what was how much it was and did they have weekend classes because she goes to school full-time and she works so they said that they had surgery this sunday's classes so I was happy with that because I can work around her schedule with Saturdays and Sundays so she would take the class when I first went up there before I went I called my daughter was special needs do y'all you know work with people this special needs my daughter has an IEP and everything so they said yes so they took the money I put it down payment down so everything seem to be moving smoothly until when we started the classes she is Mr b you know dude pull she will let them know that you know of course she had a learning disability do y'all work with people like that he said yeah he can take anybody how to drive so it was hard my daughter will fail some taxes and passed some of them and it was just a struggle so she went up to the motor vehicle and what's in the class is not really on the test at the motor vehicle so you know she had to take it over because she didn't failed it twice so I'm on December 3rd which was supposed to be the last day she end up failing the test on the second and so she had to do a remake and do her final exam basically she was told that all the people in the class had to take the test when they open back I'm very very dissatisfied but basically we pay a lot of money for this class and it really was not worth it I feel as though that they should have had that stuff up and running with my daughter could have get her makeup test her last makeup test and her final exam so we all we would have to do was get her driver's ed and while she get her permit and then keep it moving from this place but no they made sure that it was a problem with that something needs to be done about that

    about june 13 2022 we paid for driving school the classes were all online at that time; we also purchased 10 hours of in car driving lessons. student finished the online but then we had to delay the driving. they said we had a year to finish the driving. Then we contacted them to see if we can do the in car lessons we were told if we have to pay extra if we want to drive in the summer but we can defer to fall. But our student is going to college and fall / winter will not work. So we tried to get as many classes in before the due date of june 13 but Elite makes us wait 3 weeks between each lesson for example we have to schedule a class one at a time, which is 3 weeks aways after student takes that class then she can schedule the next class which is 3 weeks away. our first one we couldnt even schedule right away because they said the next months lessons times are not availabe so we had to wait an additional week before the 3 week wait.l But not only is there a wait of approx 3 weeks between each class scheduling Elite charging extra $78 per driving class even though we already paid for them in June 2022. even worst is that we are told that only 6 of the 10 hours qualifies for us to pay extra $78 to keep , Elite is defaulting on the 4 extra hours we bought, elite is saying we can not even pay extra to keep the 4 hours beyond the 6 . This means there is no way in the world we could finish the 10 hours or 6 hours before june 13 2023. student has to go to college in fall. They are stealing 4 hours, making us pay extra for rest and, we had to cancel first class they charged us $60 which we paid extra fee. now owner is says he will mail us student's papers ; we think is being done to hold her up so she has to wait via snail mail before going to another school and only offering $17/hr refund. We just wanted to finish the school not leave! We paid elite package $625; to take it separate would cost alot more elsewhere! he is forcing us to go elsewhere.

    Hello BBB,

    Student registered for class to begin 6/13/22. On 5/4/23 a 1 year warning letter was sent out. On the same day the mom called the office and was verbally told about our over the year policy. If they schedule after the 1 year, then they would need to pay a fee to schedule during the summer or defer and complete during the fall for free.

    The student did not receive her permit until 5/15/23, 11 months after starting our program. She then scheduled her first driving time for 5/17/23. She cancelled the lesson She scheduled her next lesson for 6/3. This lesson was given without issue. She scheduled her next lesson for 6/23, over the year and free of charge. At this point she would have completed the required portions of the program and could have paid the discounted fee if she wanted to take her extra drive times during the summer. We did not steal, default or take away any lessons. After some back and forth emails about our policy and making wild and unfounded accusation about our company, the mom requested a refund.

    This BBB complaint is the only time the mom said that they did not want a refund. Allegations of trying to hold her up is more nonsense. The paperwork has already been emailed but the pro-rated refund is a check so it has to go out in the regular mail along with a extra hard copy of her forms.

    We tried to help her with several options. She did not like any of them and threatened to smear our business to everyone she knows. We do our best to be flexible and work with everyone but sometimes peoples expectations are out of line with reality.
