4 starsI used Peak to replace 5 windows. I will use Peak again when I am ready to replace more windows. From the start with the Fairfax promoter, who piqued my interest, to the deal closer Tony, I felt comfortable with my decision. But it was the gentleman who came to do the final measurements, that I really knew I did right. The installers were quick - a little too quick for me as I like to ask questions and go over things - but they did a good job. And I really appreciate that Howard kept checking up on my satisfaction with emails and phone calls.Review fromNicole L

5 starsWe met with **** and **** who were both extremely professional and knowledgeable. They met with my husband and I discuss new windows for the main floor of our single family home. We have a toddler and newborn and **** helped keep our toddler occupied and was very understanding and patient as we had to multitask in taking care of our kids while also discussing the window project. We were impressed by their warm, genuine approach which is very different from a typical salesperson trying to get you to go with their product. You could tell they truly believed in the company, the goals and values, and the product/services they provide. Due to personal reasons we weren’t able to invest in the project right now but we will 100% be contacting **** in the future and using Peak for all our future window/roofing needs. When you find a good, reliable company like Peak you want to make sure to spread the word and we will be recommending them to our family/friends/neighbors who need any projects done in their homes.Review fromClaire K

5 starsI’m very pleased with the new front door recently bought & installed. Everyone was professional, courteous
& efficient from the salesman to the man who came to remeasure the opening to the customer service rep right to the actual installer. I was amazed that only one man, the installer, completed this job. The owner even contacted me following installation to confirm that everything was done properly & asked for a call “right now” if I had any additional questions or concerns. 5 starsPeak came in and were very professional, telling me when they would be in and coordinating with me on when they would be on different levels of my house, which is very helpful since I have a dog and toddler and didn't want them underfoot. 5 starsPeak provided quality service and did an excellent job, from start to finish, on our new roof, we changed from a tin roof to shingles. They look great. The installation crew was prompt, thorough, paid attention to detail, and left our property clean when they were finished. There was also good follow-up to ensure satisfaction with the project. There were a couple of small issues pointed out and we were told we would be contacted to schedule a time to get the issues resolved. Overall, highly recommended!Review fromDenise and Raymond B

5 starsRecently, we had the pleasure of working with Peak Custom Remodeling Company. We contracted Peak to replace our Cedar siding with ***** ****** siding and Trim, as well as, have a new ****** Patio Door installed. From start to finish, Peak Custom Remodeling was outstanding in providing expert knowledge, experience and workmanship to the project. Ryan B****, Project Manager came to our home and spent time thoroughly listening to our constructions needs and concerns. He provided a comprehensive detailed estimate addressing everything we discussed. Having experience with home improvement companies, my husband and I had concerns. Eric N***** from Peak, reached out to us and, again, listened and answered all our questions. We also did our homework and read such positive reviews on Peak Remolding. Once we decided to contract with Peak to do the job, every person we spoke and had contact with was exceptional. Each member of this company, the Owner, Jonathan S*******i, Peter G********i (Sales mgr.), Vinnie H****** (Production mgr.), Howard (sorry don't know his last name) and Jim S*******r (Door installation project) were great to work with and responded promptly throughout the entire construction process. I want to specifically praise all the workers that did the installation. The Siding installation team, lead by Jose, did an excellent job and cleaned up the patio each day. The gutter team, lead by Joel, reinstalled my gutters and they look better than before. I have to mention that I just Love my new ****** Patio Door that Peak installed. I know there were a few other Peak members that I spoke and worked with and I apologize that I can't recall their names. The point is, that Peak Custom Remolding has a full team of experts that can provide exceptional quality to any home improvement project.
