On November 25, 2022, I booked Tamantha J****** for Senegalese Twist for Saturday, December 10, 2022, The original price of the service after the discount was $85.00. After booking with her there were multiple changes such as pricing. I address the issues but received nothing but attitude from her.

I also received untrue information from her regarding tips being added and additional uncharges. When confronting Tamantha, she has an attitude and first tells me she doesn't know what we see on our end and then changed the story to ALL HER CLIENTS KNOW ABOUT THE ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

The day of my appointment she was unprofessional, chastising me, rude, and did not complete my hair correctly. I chose not to cancel due to her policy of 24 hours or less cancellation and still came while in pain, not feeling well, and lack of sleep.

I spoke with Tamantha on Sunday, December 11, 2002. I told her about my dissatisfaction regarding the service and how the parts were huge, I couldn't really put in a bun, it was too much jam in my hair where it was seeping through my scarves/bonnets, and more. I requested a partial refund due to the inconvenience of having to sit in her chair, having to take down the hair, buy more hair, and find another stylist that specializes in what I am wanting.

Tamantha will not respond after the request of a partial refund due to this horrendous hair style. As I mentioned in the document, I did let her know that I am more than happy to do a partial refund because she did do the work, but I am asking for partial because of the inconvenience.

With no response, I am requesting a partial/full refund.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)

When booking on *********, I later received a text from the stylist stating I needed to book a consultation so I did but the appointment was already booked. During the consultation, I ask questions about the the type of hair she preferred. Days leading up to my appointment on the 10th Dec I was asking about the type of hair she preferred, the stylist never had a preference. During the consultation she never asked how long or size of the twist. During the consultation, she mainly told me her meaning the stylist dislikes. The stylist knew what I wanted and never in the consultation she ever stated that my hair was not in a condition. To do the style that is what the consultation is for. Yes, I arrived to the appointment in really bad pain and I did inform the stylist I didn't cancel because it was less than 24hrs. With a stylist with her experience, I would believe see would know that any style on her services she would know how to do and she did not. Yes I did tell her the size was find after I believe 2 twist. I did not have a cane I had a pillow to sit on because I was in pain. After I left her shop I had to get medical care and the remainder of the day went to sleep. Upon waking up I that morning I wanted to send a email but on ********* it does not give you a option and it sent a text. She didn't have to answer to her next business day but I wanted her to know about my dissatisfied in the services and it was no were near of being the Senegalese twist in which I paid for. When booking on ********* I was not aware that it book for the 20% until after the fact and I would have cancel my appointment and did allow mw to change it. Yes I was in pain but I did not move as the stylist mentioned because that was one of her rules. I stay still till we were almost finish she told me to get in stretch so that she can message her client and I did. This is very unacceptable trying to lie about all of the events. This still does not excuse the fact that the stylist did not n provide the service I asked for. If the stylist provide this for her service she have to make sure to do a individual hair right or remove the service for her website. During the visit I did express to the stylist about hair breaking out my hair and my daughter her in the pass because we did not apple cider it first to make conversation. I also express to the stylist that my daughter had a style done and the stylist added rubber bands to it and it came unraved and I was asking her opinion about how she would have done the style again making conversation. It came to her shop basic on her stated experience how is it my fault to believe the stylist knew what this twist. In the passed all other stylist ask the size etc... prior to them beginning. She is the professional not me. The stylist was very head strong as to her likes and dislikes. She was very unapproachable when it came to telling her things or things I don't like. The information provided proves that she did not full this service. I have pics and texts prior to the appointment and after. Because she did do time on my hair that is why I ask for partial although I had to remove the hair and go with another stylist that know how to do the twist.
