  We would recommend KitchenSaver because the overall experience was excellent. We had our cabinets refaced, all doors replaced, all drawers replaced and added a lower cabinet to replace a desk. We also added new hardware. We kept our countertops and appliances. Our sales rep was knowledgeable, the pre-installation consultant was excellent: he pointed out some things that could be done for little additional cost and that made a huge difference. The job started and finished on time, exactly on schedule. Reed our installer, is excellent -- he was thorough, professional and friendly. His work is beautiful and he went out of his way to ensure our satisfaction. The quality of the materials exceeded our expectations as well. We couldn't have asked for a better installer! Everything was done as promised. Daily cleanup was good, time of project spot on, materials and workmanship were excellent. We would recommend Kitchen Saver!

  Nice cabinet refacing, but the warranty was not honored.
  A KitchenSaver ("KS") salesman came out to our house to give us a quote for cabinet refacing. Although the price was high, the salesman emphasized the excellent warranty and told a story about an elderly woman who had KS come out and replace her damaged laminates several times, no questions asked. He said she had been placing a wet towel on the door so they advised her not to do so. We went ahead and ordered white laminates and KS installed them in a timely manner. They looked great and we were careful to maintain them as advised (no water when cleaning, etc.).
  After a few years, the cabinets started to look ragged and there was yellowing on several doors. Since they were still under warranty I called KS. They sent someone out who took lots of pictures of the doors and even remarked on the fact that the inside of the cabinets were yellowing and ragged in places. He recorded 26 different problems. He told me I should hear from KS in a few weeks. I never heard from them so I called and left a message. The message wasn't returned, so I kept calling until I got hold of someone. They told me the owner decides whether to replace cabinets, so they had to ask him.
  I finally heard back and was told they would replace the laminates for almost $1000 more than originally paid. I asked to speak to someone higher up and was told by that person that the warranty only covered manufacturer defects and that I must have damaged the cabinets myself. I explained that I had maintained the cabinets according to their instructions. The person went back to the owner to see if she could get a better quote and she came back with another quote for the laminates only. Since labor wasn't included, it was still going to cost more than originally paid to have them installed.
  I didn't expect KS to replace my entire cabinetry, but did expect them to honor the warranty on the cabinets that were ragged and yellowed.

  The kitchen was installed in June 2015 with a painted MDF material. This was the first time we were contacted by the customer about a warranty issue. We promptly responded and had a senior technician complete a thorough inspection of the cabinets. It was determined the cabinets were cleaned with an improper chemical which caused the yellowing. Our care and cleaning instructions clearly state not to use excessive water. It was also determined the damage (ragged areas) was caused by excessive use and mistreatment. As with most items, prices have dramatically increased in the 8 years since this job was sold. In order to help the customer, we quoted them two options, for laminate and for painted MDF. The quote was to cover our base cost of the materials without shipping or the labor cost to install. The quote was provided with no response. This review was then posted 1.5 months later.

  I intended to replace a couple hinges on the cabinets I had, but a family member convinced me to do a more thorough job. We found Kitchen Saver, and now have beautiful new cabinets and drawers. One of the things I like best is the way they finish closing themselves.
