    I went to Nissan to use my warranty. It was my first using a warranty, and the gentleman never spoke about the warrantys transmission. Nissan installed their own transmission, and we owe them 4600$ for a transmission that my warranty company was gonna provided us. They had our for 3-4 weeks and stated they will not release my car . I never told them to put their transmission inside my car. I never knew that I had options to get a warranty transmission until I contacted the warranty company. They have my car and will not release it , even when asked to put the warrant company transmission. Please help

    I purchased a vehicle in March being told that it would have Lojack and a special sealant on it, and that there was no option to have those features were pre-installed. I did not want to pay the markup and said I would look at used cars instead. I was told EVERY car on the lot (so: including used cars, & including the new car I was purchasing) had those features. Thus, I was talked out of a cheaper contract. After a while, they offered to give me around a 20% discount by eliminating the cost of those features. I only signed this contract because of the emphasis that I was getting an amazing deal getting these features for free, and because I was told I could not pursue another deal without these features entirely. I never wanted these features, but since they emphasized the large price cut I was receiving on the car and the technology, I signed. A few months later, I went to set up the security feature of the LoJack, and was told it was never on my car. Thus, I reached out to Antwerpen Nissan of Owings Mills. I explained that the problem was not that I didn't have LoJack - it was that they got me to sign a contract under false pretenses. I explained I only bought the car because I thought I gotten a deal - in fact, I got no deal, I left with exactly what I paid for, which is not why I signed the contract. Ultimately, I signed the contract based on two false pretenses - that I HAD to have these pre-installed features (which isn't true because my car didn't have them) and that I was getting a large discount (which isn't true, I paid for everything I got). I explained that I was looking for my contract to be renegotiated to reflect the deal I was promised, the deal that lead me to sign the contract. They refuse to acknowledge legal wrongdoing or to acknowledge that a contract signed under false pretenses is a voidable contract. I would like help renegotiating my deal with Nissan.

    The LoJack forms were produced in error. LoJack was not installed on the customer's vehicle. There was no charge for ****** during the purchase of the vehicle.

    On 5/17/2022, I had an alignment, rotors, and brakes done at Antwerpen Nissan (Work order ******* for about $2000. A few months ago, when I stepped on the brakes at 60 and above, the steering wheel started to shake. I sent an email to Brooke ****** *****, the Service Consultant that handled everything. She told me it probably would not be covered. "I might want to try some new tires. " So I brought new tires, and the problem is worsening. On 4/20/23, I made an online request for a $200 diagnosis for 4/26/23. However, Brooke and her co-worker confirmed that Antwerpen Nissan would not cover any repair warranty. I could have been doing high-speed highway driving that caused the problem. I said I drive in the City. In addition, she said Infiniti is like Antwerpen Nissan working on a Ford. It is two different companies. I need to go to an Infiniti dealership. However, I have a sticker on my car that says Nissan, and when I ****** it, it says Infiniti is a luxury division of Nissan. At this point, I drove the car 10,000 miles for $2000 with the original problem back. Could someone from the BBB give me a call so I explain the whole situation and file a complaint and review?

    Antwerpen Nissan of Owings Mills cannot perform warranty work for Infiniti vehicles. Any warranty work on Infiniti vehicles can only be performed at a authorized Infiniti dealer.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Antwerpen Nissan of Owings Mills performed $1836 worth of work on Infiniti FX37. However, after nine months, the problem reappeared. I called to get it looked at and was told Infiniti is like them fixing a Ford. I explained to one lady that Nissan makes Infiniti, but she acted like I was lying. I was told they would charge me to diagnose it; there is no warranty on any prior work. Her advice was to go to an Infiniti dealership. However, my problem is they should refund my money or fix it since they took my money $ and claimed that it was fixed.

    I purchased my Nissan Kicks in May 2020 from Antwerpen Owings Mills. I refinanced my loan and Gap insurance June 2022. I've reached out to Antwerpen and left a message every month, for my Gap insurance refund check to be issued and sent to me.

    Here I am 6 months later filing a BBB in the hopes this will get resolved. All I want is my Gap insurance that was canceled in June 2022 refunded.

    Per the Insurnace company that held the Gap this is the dealership to refund.
