      Koons KIA of Owings Mills held my SUV for 40 days and did not do any work, on 03/26/2025 after 2 1000 mile oil consumption test I was told to leave my SUV there, that *** of Owings Mills would run test and communicate with ********, a tech line was open on 04/03/2025 I waited for a loner from the fleet of 12 cars witch I was promised one the next day, that never happened from **** service manager,all communication was started by me I believe in those 40 days my SUV was there I received 1, call started communication with ******** was advised on 04/14/2025 the tech line was closed because Koons KIA of Owings Mills did not respond to request from ********, at this moment I realized something was not right, I visited koons kia of Owings Mills on 05/02/2025 spoke with *** my second service provider for updated information *** entered a room with open glass where the manager **** was came back and explained that a oil combustion test was done I needed date's and I asked for that date *** was upset and said he could not deal with me I asked to speak with the manager who I could see in the room where *** had come out of a few minutes earlier, I was told the manager wasn't available for me, I was upset asked for my key,s, I was never giving the information I requested, I was not giving paperwork for the oil change I paid for that I should not have whe engine is under 100,000 mile powertrain warranty, also ******** said it should have been 3 1000 mile oil consumption test, wasted time money because I found out later from koons kia of Owings Mills through ********, that I couldn't get a rental or loner until I was approved for work to be preformed, KOONS kia OF OWINGS MILLS DID NOTHING TO MY SUV THAT'S UNDER WARRANTY FOR 40 DAY, ALSO THIS PROBLEM WITH THIS ENGINE KIA NO,S ABOUT IT I HAVE A HISTORY OF PAPERWORK

      I have made several attempts to reach Mr. ***** and have not heard back. The customer needs to provide maintenance records for the vehicle, as the ****** shows there are significant gaps in the oil change records. Without proof that regular oil changes were done and the car was maintained, *** will not warranty the engine. If the customer can fill the gaps and prove that the maintenance was done, we will be happy to open a new techline case to try to get the work covered under warranty. If the customer can not, there is nothing we can do.

      I am rejecting this response because:I know I mentioned in my complaint that I have all my paperwork from KIA service department where there's no gaps also never mentioned the 40 days without any work preformed by Law

      I am working on getting the engine covered for ******************** There were significant gaps in the records provided, which meant we had to get them from the other dealer. All the pertinent information is now with *** and I am awaiting a response.

      I am rejecting this response because: all the information that koons kia has about my oil changes was available on March 26 it's now June 20th and your still working on getting my 1000 mile powertrain warranty that's still covered approved, never addressed whether I would have a loner during this time no compensation for the money I spent on taxi cab rides and going to the Doctors, SAD however I will except a offer of getting the engine approved and a loner car so I won't  have to repeat what I just explained, I NO LOOKING FOR AND APOLOGY IS A LONG SHOT
