    Our costumer service was not bad at all i was good that she tipped $200 dollars. e made sure that everything was goof with the party. We do apologize that if she feel like that we didn't do good. we did everything in our powers to make sure her party was good.

    Date of incident: 11/21/2022 Time: 5pm Original deposit date: 12/03/2021 Had to cancel my daughter's 1st birthday party due to Covid and Death in the family. The manager at that time told me that my deposit of $300 will be kept on account for future birthday party reschedule. Went to rebook party and the staff was extremely rude, indirectly called us liars claiming there is no deposit ever paid when we showed them bank statement and invoices emailed to us by them. One staff member called me crazy and told me to file a dispute for payment. After all this they found our deposit. I no longer feel safe to take my kids there or my guests. Reported this incident to the supervisor who said that the owners will immediately look into this incident and will be contacting me the next day. No one has tried to reach out.
