      While the places seem good at first they are full of problems that they refuse to fix for months if at all. On move in the washer and dryer were already not working leading them to be replaced with smaller ones, did not have access to any garbage bins for 2-3 months only being told it’s “being worked on”. Half the plugs on the first floor will blow the breaker due to improper wiring and nothing is done to fix it, for the whole year of living there nothing was ever done. Then completely scammed out of damage deposit afterwards, we spent days cleaning and they go through and try and find the smallest specs of dust and anything else they can attempt to milk money from you for. Hired carpet cleaners to clean the place and that still wasn’t enough for them.

      I love living here! Eileen and Stephanie are great with all questions and concerns. The leasing office holds events all throughout the year really making the residents feel appreciated. Donnie and Nic are great too and maintenance requests are responded to in a quick manner! Not to mention, the grounds are kept impeccable. I would recommend Greenbriar Estates to anyone!

We will miss all of you so very much as we feel like each of you have become part of our family. We appreciate all of the hard work you all do and the dedication you, Eileen, Nic and Don have for this community and its residents. You all do an amazing job and are a great team!
