    In August 2022, I contacted the *** membership department to cancel my membership, providing all necessary information, and gave notice before the 30-day deadline. However, I continued to receive charges for my membership, which I did not use from September 2022 to February 2023. I tried reaching out to the membership department multiple times, leaving clear messages about my cancellation, but did not receive any response or call back. When I contacted the front staff, they said I was no longer a member and transferred my call to the membership department.I provided my correct phone number to the membership department and requested a refund for the unused membership fee. However, the director insisted that I had not contacted the membership department and asked for proof, despite me leaving several messages as proof. ******* informed me that the director said they would reduce my February balance but did not refund any of the charges from October until they charged each $103 membership fee. If the membership department had done their duties properly, they should have called me back or noticed that my family had not used the *** center for eight months.The membership department later claimed they had called the wrong number, but on March 7, 2023, they called my correct phone number. I expressed frustration and disappointment with the ***'s handling of the situation, particularly their lack of communication and failure to follow up on my refund for the unused membership fee, despite multiple attempts to cancel and receive a ********* summary, the *** did not fulfill their obligation to properly handle my membership cancellation and subsequent charges, leading to frustration and disappointment on my end.
