    On July 26, my daughter completed her first casual class. She enjoyed it so I purchased a membership on August 3rd. After her August 9th class I realized this wasn't going to be a good fit- she was the only student, we had a difficult time getting her there on Wednesday evening and she didn't seem to enjoy as much as the first time. I sent a text message and left a voicemail on August 11th expressing concern. I also went to the business but they were closed. I spoke with someone for 14 minutes on August 14th explaining that I didn't want to continue the recurring monthly classes and that I wanted to switch the remaining classes to Saturday since there weren't any other students in her Wednesday class. The representative gave me my options and assured me everything was taken care of. I also confirmed in person on August 26th that everything was adjusted/corrected. For some reason I was still charged $120.00 on September 1st.

    I booked a birthday party with this business on ********* in the amount of $550 which was the full amount. The party was 6/10/2023. I was told the day that I booked the party that I would receive cupcakes, juices, and my choice of color table clothes which I chose Pink and turquoise. I called the business about 5/6 times 2 weeks prior to the party to make sure everything was correct for the party and each time I was told it was. The day of the party the table clothes were dark blue and light blue which is not what I requested. The cupcakes or juices was not provided as mentioned. The general manager was at the party and told me he would issue me a refund since I paid 4 months prior to the party in full instead of just the 50% deposit. I told him that I paid with a cash app card and wouldnt be able to get the payment back on the original form of payment. The general manger ******** ******** told me he would refund me via check. I reached out a month later about the check and was told a check was never issued for me. I called the company numerous times to speak to ******** and he wasnt available. I spoke with *****, *******, and other employees who left notes. I spiked with ******** 2 weeks ago and was told I would have a check at the location available for pick up by 7/21/23. I called and was told no check was issued for me and he didnt have the authority to issue a check by assistant manager ******* ********* and a regional manager would be contacting me. Regional manager ******* ******-Antler contacted me assuring me she would resolve the issue. She called me today saying they only could refund it to original method or store credit. I asked for a corporate number several times from general manager and assistant ans was told regional manager could provide it. She told me she couldnt give me corporate number and then lied and stated she was corporate. This refund issue been going on for almost 2 months trying to work it out with the company directly.     Good Morning 

    A refund check has been issued by our corporate office and is on it's way to the school . Once received we will contact the customer to come to the ********************** and collect it .

    We had tried to refund the family by the original form of payment but got an "Illegal transaction " notification .Our system only allows us to refund to the original form of payment so this one took some time to investigate .

    I requested a full refund of $550. The regional manager is telling me I cant receive the other half of my money until I remove my negative review in yelp and ******. I shared my experience which as a customer have the right to do so.
