      On August 20th I was a patient at the summit urology ambulatory center. My wife and 2 month only baby accompanied me to my appointment since I was not able to drive after. While filling out paper work our baby needed a diaper change so my wife asked the receptionist where we could go to change the diaper. They told her we had to leave the building and walk to ****** ****** to use their changing station. My wife proceeded to lay a changing pad on the floor and change his wet diaper on the floor of the waiting room. The receptionist came running over yelling at us that we can do that here and had to go to *************************. We spoke to the office manager who stated that the waiting room was sterile and babies werent allowed in the waiting room so my wife and baby had to go wait outside while I had my procedure done. I called the next day to file a complaint but havent heard anything about it until today 10/19 where I received a letter stating that I was being dropped as a patient due to my verbally abusive language.I was never verbally abusive, I told the office manager that I hope as a mom her self she never experienced a situation like this and I told the front receptionist he should be ashamed of himself. I am upset that I never got to tell my side of the story, and the practice just threw me out. The doctor, and the staff were upset about what happened stating we should have been given an area to change his diaper. Im honestly in disbelief that I was removed by the practice.

      In November 2023 the anesthesiologist did not proceed with a bladder procedure for me because he said it was too much of a risk. Well Chesapeake Urology charged me $1785 and is continously billing me and messing up my credit. They know that they owe me money that was put on a Carecredit charge account. I am being billed for a procedure I didn't have. I have called 5 times and I have left messages. How does someone for a procedure that never took place and threatens to put a derogatory mark on my credit report. Please help me get my money back and correct my credit report. Is this fraud? They will not return my calls or reimburse me my money. PLEASE HELP, should I get an attorney?

      I am unable to reach this provider. They have many different phone numbers & use a call center our of the ***. After my appointed about 5 weeks ago, I was told by Doctor to call & let him know how meds were working. I have attempted to do that 4 times. No response from the office. A new prescription is needed, before current samples run out. Very unhappy with this office.
