    Bait-and-Switch .Sales pitch with moderste price tag, contract-signed.Deposit paid.Order placed 12 dsys prior.24 hours before pick up-message of " doing best to find driver"!? Then " negotiating with a driver"message, change of price with over double the contract amount.Contract not honored, car not picked up, deposit promised to be refunded in a week.Bait-and-Switch c

    Moving my elderly mother to North Georgia.My sister had a contract to haul moms car up and nobody showed.When she finally got in touch with someone the original agreement was 225.00 he changed and said he could do it for 500.00,then400.00,then 350.00. As far as I'm concerned that is extorting money after an agreed upon price.They had to rent a flatbed trailer from U-Haul to bring car up.My sister is still due back a deposit.No way to do business.This broker if legitimate works out of an appt. No physical address on receipt other than state and zip code.NoMotor Carrier number and U.S.Dept of Transportation number on receipt.I absolutely do not recommend these people my mother is 86 and they left her and my sister to figure it out.Shame on them!!

    This was the most professional transportation company. They were very informative and kept me in the loop during the process. They pick my son vehicle up on time and delivered on time. Great friendly service!

    I have been working with Titans and they are Amazing in service and very professional. Well managed my shipment and vehicle was in perfect condition when driver deliver it.
