    I scheduled to have power washing done on my town house on 7-22-22. Prior to this, someone came out to give me an estimate. I took off from job so that I could be home to oversee the washing. The technician came out rang the doorbell and said he was here to do the washing. I saw him use a hose towards the front of the house. He left water spots all over my front door and garage. When I looked out again he was gone. First of all he should have rung my doorbell like he did at first to let me know something. Instead, I was told by the company he knocked on the door. I did not hear a knock on my door because I was upstairs. He should have rang the doorbell if he did not get an answer from the knock on the door. He left without leaving a note or phone call from him or his company. I called them and asked what happened. They told me the technician's equipment was not working. I said that this was no fault of mine. I asked for my deposit back which this company has lied and told me over the phone I was getting it back. I received an e-mail today from Mathew Monroe who said I was not getting my deposit back. I should get my refund back because the equipment was faulty and I took off from my job for nothing. I will never refer this company to anyone or use them again. They lie and they do not complete a job or keep the customer informed.
