    I setup an appointment with JBB Restoration LLC. Jose Recinos arrived for the appointment representing the company. I explained to Mr. Recinos that my insurance company had already approved one quote for a portion of the work, but that I was happy for Mr. Recinos to provide a quote for the remaining portion, or any portion of the remaining work to be done. Mr. Recinos stated that his company did not accept jobs for only a portion of the work. Mr. Recinos stated that he was only interested in an agreement for 100% of the work. As I explained to Mr. Recinos, that ship has sailed. The contractor had already completed a small portion of the work, and the contractor was paid for that portion of the work. Mr. Recinos did an about face and left the property.
