    The owner was rude he did not own up to the service business I sent them money I asked for my money back he would not give me my money back you did not fulfill obligations can someone please look into this matter ASAP basically he's a scam artist

    Greetings: ***************** from the very outset of our relationship has tried to treat me as his employee.This gentleman called my personal cell phone on the fourth of July complaining that his property was not serviced on that day. The day in question my team showed up to service his property and his wife came out and said nobody called to say that we were coming to service their property to get back into the truck.

    So that is what I directed my team to do and we left. First of all calling customers prior to coming to perform a general bi-weekly maintenance is not our company policy. Because from the very outset I did not feel comfortable he was required to pay prior to his service being rendered. Our company minimum charge is $ 70.00.for maintenance so I refunded him thirty dollars thru the **** *** and he thought he should get a full refund

    . I showed up and started the service and was told to get back into the truck so why should anyone expect a full refund. This gentleman has a physical disability so I kind of felt sorry for him that is why I decided to try and be of service respectfully I think his disabilities are more than physical.

    Yes I am responding to the message from the lawn service report first and foremost I never received the contract from this gentleman he was always late after I paid him through the cashier I had to call after 3 days to get the service done he's saying I have a physical disability that has nothing to do with me paying my money to get the service done he's been very arrogant I have pets he comes with my pets outside and I'm liable if one of my dogs were to bite one of his employees that was a reason why I needed him to call before showing up. He's in a mental state of mind doing business with customers he didn't have numerous complaints against the company with he took my money if he did not want to do the work he could have sent my money back ?? I just like to have the rest of my money will not do business with the company anymore or if possible we can take this problem to court and I work everyday have no problem with the work I do physically emotionally or financially he just playing hardball taking people's money you need to be investigated more so than ever he has problems himself bad business. He has immigrants working for him with no green card he need to be investigated you have all the information you need to investigate him and the company. PS he's very incompetent.

    Yes and I'm tired of this gentleman disrespecting me about my disability I have plates in my ankle nothing is wrong with me mentally I respond by giving him my money expect the service from him he come when he want he disrespect my wife all my property he told my pole down on my property I should have been got rid of him. I work everyday 40 to 60 hours a week work for the district government for 35 years with no problems on my own home cars and etc don't need any handouts he has a mental problem as a businessman whatever his problem is it needs to be addressed he's very incompetent he needs mentally and mental help does not a good business he never gave me any kind of contract which I asked him numerous times but the bottom line if we have to go to court to present this case that's my next step forward thank you all for your service looking forward to hearing from you all thank you
