This group did high quality work and was responsive to my many questions along the way. They were thorough, detail-oriented, and explained what was going on throughout the process. I recommend this company to anyone in need of environmental cleaning.

My wife and I signed up last year to use this firm to remove mold from a downstairs bedroom in our home and paid over $7,000 for the job. When the work was finished, we saw there was still a lot of mold in the room. We then paid a private firm to test the air and learned that "mold concentrations in the air ((in the treated room)) are ABNORMAL and based on the mold counts you likely have a mold source from which spores are able to become airborne and are an exposure concern to the occupants." We called Environmental Consulting about this and were told that we would have to pay a significant additional fee to have the rest of the mold removed from that room. Needless to say, we hired someone else to finish the job. Separately, but related, when doing the work Environmental Consulting told us they had detected significant damage to the foundation of our home and gave us an estimate of almost $20,000 to correct the situation. We hired a structural engineer to inspect the house; his report said that any foundation cracks were normal for a home as old as ours and not a matter of concern. That report cost us $650, as opposed to spending almost $20,000 to fix a non-problem. We would give Environmental Consulting no stars as a rating, but unfortunately that does not seem to be an option.
