This establishment charges you by piece of mail that comes in. I picked up a package 4/10 to this day they have charged me 4 times for a package I've already picked up the next day. I've sent emails, called the manager request a refund still no response no results. The email and business number on my account only goes to the **************. Can not talk to a live person or anyone that's familiar with the account. I've mentioned this to management on several times, she states that when she calls they keeps her on hold for a long period of time. We spoke on Wed/Thursday of last week. I was told I was getting a return call by Friday 5/10. Haven't heard from anyone nor did I get any response from the emails. I've sent screenshots of the dates, cost and package still I'm being charged $18.60 and this is the 3rd time. I'm looking to get all my money that they charged me after 4/10 for this package. I have proof on my bank account, dates, screenshot and emails. I've also emailed them today again no response. I need this resolved if not by 5/24 they going to charge my bank card again for $18.60

The customer has a virtual mailbox through ***********.  Postman Plus is a service provider with iPostal.  iPostal is an "ala carte" service.  When the customer receives a piece of mail a photograph of the item is taken and entered into the iPostal portal and the customer is notified from iPostal.  The customer then decides whether to pick up the mail, have it returned, discarded, scanned, forwarded etc.  All actions, with the exception of discard or return incur a fee, as outlined in the contact from iPostal.  Postman Plus does not charge the customer, iPostal does.

Paid $21.58 to ship a package via *** and was provided with a receipt with an invalid tracking #. Several days later the package was delivered to my house (less than 5 miles away) instead of the intended recipient. Contacted a manager who told me to email my complaint to ********************** but she never responded to any of my emails. The item shipped was supposed to be returned to the vendor unopened in the original box but someone at Postman plus opened the box. I was forced to pay to reship the package via ***** since the manger at Postman Plus wouldn't return my emails. I would like to be reimbursed for the $21.58 along with the cost to re-ship the package via *****. I would also like there to be penalties levied against Postman Plus for their negligence and subsequent failure to take responsibility
