In June of '22 the refuse team made unusable my 48 gallon wheeled trash bin. I filed a complaint on the Baltimore county website. *****. It was closed without action so I called and they said it will be replaced. In July 2022, a 32 gallon trash bin without wheels showed up at my door, presumably from the contracted trash company. In August 2022 that bin was damaged beyond repair or use again. In November the company again put a bin on my porch, this time a 32 gallon wheeled bin, NOT a 48 gallon. In May I filed another report with county when the company AGAIN damaged beyond repair the replacement bin. The County left a voicemail 5/25/23 stating that the cans were replaced twice and he will not keep replacing cans with me without video proof. A number and name to contact was provided but I was never able to talk to him. On 6/15/23 **** finally answered and said the can would be reimbursed right away, just email the receipt. I repurchased the original can (receipt attached) and sent the receipt to **** via email on 5/19/23 at 8:17am. By 3:15pm that same day, I received a voicemail from **** stating she was told by **** that this would be the third can in the past 12 months they would have to "replace" and it is not Baltimore County policy to replace cans and they were replaced as a courtesy and they do not replace due to "normal wear and tear." **** was contacted on 6/21/23 and said **** would answer on 6/22/23 or call back to discuss that this was not "normal wear and tear." **** never returned any phone call or the three voicemails I left. He responded via ******** messenger then immediately blocked me. The message screenshots are attached. All I am asking for is the reimbursement of $39.98 plus tax of the price of the original can they broke. I was told "leave me alone." Pictures included are only of the original can and the final replacement can (already damaged again.
