    I contracted Pavescapes LLC to install new patio pavers. The workers used a tractor to remove the old pavers. They drove the tractor on my relatively new asphalt to dump the old pavers in the dump truck. The tractor caused a lot of damage to the asphalt. I contacted the owner Jacob, about the damages. He agree to fix the asphalt and seal coat the driveway. He never returned. I contacted the owner 4 additional times. He ignored all but one of the 4 requests. The asphalt still has not been repaired. I am requesting that Pavescapes repair my asphalt or provide me with the cost of repair.

    We had a patio installed in our backyard. Since they had to dig up the ground to install the patio, there is a lot of dirt around the patio. Jake from Pavescapes LLC, stated that he would be back to drop grass seed down to regrow the grass. He told my wife this on the day of install. I received a text from Jake on November 1, 2022 that he would be by in the next week to accomplish this. It is know 2 weeks, and this has not happened.

    We also had our downspout extended outside of our fence line. I have reached out to Jake multiple times to ask what size tubing that he used so i can put a downspout cap on the end of the tube.

    Additionally, there is a few inch drop-off from the edge of the patio to the grass. This can create a tripping hazard if not properly corrected.

    I have reached out to Jake and Pavescapes LLC multiple times without a response.
    This project cost of $5,200.00 and the Estimate/Project number is *******.

Since this initial complaint, I have communicated with ********** about a scheduled time and day to come and assess the situation and hopefully find some resolution moving forward.

    The scheduled time and day of said assessment will take place on Friday, December 2, 2022 @ 9-9:30 am.

    I will be bringing grass seed and straw to apply to the dirt area around the edge of the patio work completed by Pavescapes LLC.
    I will also be prepared to help answer any questions and provide solutions to resolve any other issues or concerns from **********.
