    I dropped off 5 tuna/dolphin flags in mid August I was told the price was $20 each and was told 2-3 weeks they were delayed. I received another flag in mid September and brought it in, added to the order since nothing had been started yet. they apologized and said it would be done ASAP, but confirmed the price of $20 each to me. I never asked for a discount/bulk order/ etc. I was just going to pay the price that they said.

    Approximately every two weeks between mid September and 11 NOV I called asking for an update and was always told they were sorry and going to be next in line. on 11 NOV I called and they said they were sorry again, to which I replied I wanted my flags back and they refused but said they would be done on 14 NOV and I could pick them up then, to which I replied that they are closed on weekends and Monday's that would be impossible, but I would be there Monday to get them.

    I showed up Monday on 14 NOV around 5 PM and Steve answered their "Emergency" line and said I could not get the flags today, I would have to get them tomorrow. Steve then turned very unprofessional and told me to write a bad review on google but to make sure I spell everything thing correctly. I was just a little customer and they didn't need my business. I left the parking lot without every going past the the locked gate on the 3' fence.

    on 15 NOV I received a text saying they were done but instead of $20 a flag they were now $40 a flag. I was obviously not happy that they doubled the price of this and instead of being a 2-3 week project this turned into 3 months. I asked to talk to the owner, president/VP/CEO but Steve would not let me. I was then called while driving to Maryland monogram to either come inside or leave the property (after I told them I was leaving Ft Meade and would pay cash, get my flags and leave) but was still threatened by Steve. When I arrived at Maryland monogram Steve would not provide me with a copy of the work order (I videoed everything)

    I do have video of the last time I was in there mainly since the way Steve talked to me I wanted to be protected. My recount and the video I have is a lot different than his story. Almost everything else he said is made up but I have no way to prove it since everything was on the phone.
