I recently engaged Judiciary Process Servers for the service of divorce papers. Unfortunately, my experience was TERRIBLE, and I feel compelled to share my concerns for the benefit of future customers. 1. Non-Adherence to Preferred Times: Despite specifying preferred times for service both in the initial online request form and in two follow-up emails, all attempts were made at times when the recipient was not available. This includes weekday attempts during workhours before 5 pm and on a Saturday night when people are out. 2. Lack of Responsiveness to Instructions: My reminders and specifications about the recipient's availability seemed to have been overlooked, leading to missed opportunities for successful service. 3. Unwillingness to Rectify the Situation: After the unsuccessful attempts, I reached out to request an additional attempt without extra charges, given the previous misalignments. This request was unfortunately denied, leaving me with an unresolved situation and additional stress in an already challenging time. The (dissatisfactory) service I received did not meet the professional standards I expected. The lack of adherence to provided instructions and the inflexibility in addressing the concerns have led me to question their commitment to client satisfaction.

This customer submitted a routine service of process order which includes three attempts at non-specific times. The customer had the option to select and pay for on demand service which would have provided a first attempt at a specific time. Unfortunately the customer did not want to pay for that type of premium service and instead choose to submit her order as routine service. We completed three unsuccessful attempts, the first attempt being in less than 24 hours from the time the order was submitted. After the final attempt was made and the completed affidavit of non-service was sent to the customer, she contacted me on the telephone and threatened to leave a negative review if we didn't make a fourth attempt. Even though all of our service levels include three attempts, I reluctantly agreed to help with a fourth attempt as a courtesy. The fourth attempt was unsuccessful and the customer wanted another (fifth) attempt. With service of process assignments we are attempting to serve documents on individuals and therefore cannot guarantee successful service. This is stated on our service agreement and website. We simply make diligent attempts to serve documents for our valuable customers.
