    I first visited the Compass Pointe Golf Course on July 12, 2024. I signed up for a membership and made a second visit to the golf course in August. On that day, I requested to cancel my membership as I no longer planned to frequent the establishment. However, my card continued to be charged for this membership. After being charged several months with no cancellation, I called to speak to someone about cancelling the membership but was unable to reach anyone. As a result, I used the email box on their website to explain the situation and requested that I be refunded for the recent charge as well as to have my membership canceled. I did not receive any correspondence. This month, I was once again charged for the monthly membership. When I called again, the person I spoke to stated that he could refund the last transaction but that previous charges could not be refunded due to "the way the system is set up." The way this situation was handled is absolutely preposterous and completely unprofessional.

    I emailed *** **** on 11/13/2024 asking for the last 4 of their credit card so I can search the transactions to refund.  There has been no response from the guest.  I need this info to process the refund and ensure I am refunding the correct person.

    Hello, I was charged a $40.00 fee despite having cancelled my membership a few months ago. I would like to be issued a refund considering I no longer frequent this establishment and I have already spoken to someone regarding the cancellation of my membership. Thank you.

    I did not see anything back.  I called and spoke to Mr. ****** daughter and she confirmed that $40 was refunded and we will be mailing a check for $120 today.
