NCR Towing Company is very unprofessional and rude. Not only are they prices extremely high they are very bad with time. I went to pick my vehicle up at 8 AM, which I was told that's the time they open. Know one showed up until 8:45. When I called to speak to the supervisor he wasn't available, so I asked the lady to take down my number and I asked her for the manager name. She told me his name was BUDDY. When I asked her what was his government name she refused to give me that information then proceeded to hang up the phone in my ear. When I called back another young lady answered and refused to give me his name as well and she too hung up the phone in my ear again. This is a family business, EVERYONE is very rude and DISRESPECTFUL. They need to be shut down. They charge everyone double on top of storage fees. I was told BUDDY was going to give me a call. SMH... That was 2 days ago. Buddy is the manager and I'm still waiting on a returned call. Seems like being RUDE and NASTY runs in the family. If I could leave them a 0 for rating I would!!

NCR Towing company charging excessive fees "based upon" Anne Arundel county towing fees but actually charging almost doubled the Maximum towing rates listed under the Article 11 code for the county. The company charged $360 in towing and another $50 for admin/storage fees. Also company phone service said follow information on the website on how to retrieve vehicle but process was to just call and make an appointment which was not the same as instructed. Tow driver who met me to get vehicle out of their lot was not even communicated the "required" information that they requested to be sent in. Apartment complex management who contracts with NCR does not even know the rates that would charge any violations in their parking lot.

If I could give zero stars I would. Predatory towing company charging outlandish fees. I was towed for parking overnight in a lot outside my boyfriend's apartment complex without displaying a proper guest permit. I was shocked to learn I was being charged $360. Would be very interested to know what rate NCR charged to those it contracts with. The website did not have up to date information on the various lot locations, so ended up going to the incorrect one before finding my way to the correct location where there was minimal signage and instructions on how to get into the office. Signage in the apartment parking lot was minimal at best.
