I registered my son for Beast Baseball Camp on 4/12/24. At that time, the cancellation policy stated that I would incur a full refund minus a $25 fee if I cancelled for any reason. The cost of camp is $450/week. In June 2024, I was informed that Beast changed the location of the camp in which I registered. I was no longer able to able to have my son attend. Beast changed the terms of our agreed upon terms without consent. I had to cancel his registration. I was refunded my paid fee minus the $25. Based upon contract law and terms, I should have been refunded the entire amount which they refused to give me. They offered camp at a certain location. I accepted those terms and paid them. We had a contract that they breached. I would like the refund in the entire amount. I have already been refunded $425. I would like the balance due.

Customer was not able to switch locations after our rental agreement was terminated by The ******************. We refunded her $425.00 minus the $25 registration fee that we are charged by our payment processing system. This is clearly stated on our website and the customer understood this policy based on the email she wrote to us.
