      Received a notice that I have a collection from RANDRECOVERY on my credit report. It says it was opened on 08/01/2018 for $156.00 with account number starting in ********** that I am not aware of nor am I responsible for. I never went into business with this company or signed any agreements with them so they should not be reporting anything on my credit. This is a violation of my rights as a consumer according to the FCRA and FDCPA.

      I would like for this collection to be removed asap or I will file a CFPB and FTC report.

      The claimant does have an account here for many years. We have confirmed this information with her. Since the account is so old, we will close it and have it removed from her credit.

      August **** I was t-boned by a driver and it was ruled her fault. I had personal injury atty *** ******** in Indianapolis Indiana. All bills from hospital and follow up visits were submitted and paid by American Family insurance. I have never seen a bill from naab road surgical. I did not have surgery. I was followed up by ******* ******** brain and spine. If bill late not my fault send info to American family insurance or *** ******** I am not responsible and need off credit report immediately!

      The claimant has disputed this bill with our agency. We have confirmed that the bill is correct with the medical provider. The claimant never gives a reason why the bill is wrong or not owed. We have sent detailed information to the claimant explaining the bill. There is nothing misleading here, the bill is owed.
