    UPDATE: (Nov. 2022) A friend used to see her too, and she was nothing but arrogant. It's a shame because I'd like to support a woman owned business, but she does not deserve it! I don't understand the people with good reviews, it seems like Tessa is very biased with what patients she shows respect to. If you're seeking help and need a safe place, I recommend finding someone else, you deserve better 🤍
    Original Review: There's a lot to put in this review, but to start off, she definitely should not be working in the mental health field. From the start, she seemed very condescending and like she just did not care about how I felt. The appointments are only 15 minutes long and one time she took a phone call during it, so I barely got to speak to her that time. The worst of it all is that I had to cold turkey stop my anti-depressant because when I finally decided to find a new psychiatrist, my appointment was a month away and I had no refills left. It took a whole week of me and the pharmacy, both trying to contact her for her to say it was "unsafe" for me to continue taking it without her seeing me. Whether that is correct or not, I wish she would have just gotten back to me. Also pretty sure the most unsafe thing to do is to stop psychoactive medicines abruptly. Definitely invest your energy into finding a different psychiatrist who actually cares as they should!

    Ms. ***** ***** ******** is one of the most compassionate, knowledgeable and patient medical providers I've had the pleasure of receiving services from. She's a great listener who has the ability to connect with her patients and relates well to the subject at hand. I always feel like I get plenty of time to explain my issues without feeling rushed. She's accessible and responds to messages through the portal in a timely manner. At one time, she knew I was having issues with my insurance and provided resources to assist me the medication costs. I currently take u of virtual visits, however want to mention that when I saw her in person that her staff was always helpful and went above and beyond my level of standards. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking mental health services.
