    Jodi at the front desk is a rude person. To hang up the phone on a potential patient who needed to reschedule an appointment, no matter the reason, while exclaiming, “are you serious, after all of that?!” As If I knowingly, required any accommodation between calling a week before to schedule, & calling today to reschedule. You offered me an appointment & I took it based on my schedule needs, & then life happened. It’s unfortunate bc I had heard such positive things about Dr. T*****, after searching widely for a GYN with integrity & experience. Turns out, it wasn’t meant to be bc I refuse to patronize any provider who allows front desk staff to be as unprofessional & rude as Jodi was to me; to the point that I would be remiss if I hadn't written this review. So I will continue my search gladly, & I thank God for steering me in another direction.
