      Had roof installed on March 30,2023.
      On Sept 11 it rained. Early Sept 12, around 1:30 am heard water dripping. Looked in computer room, ceiling leaking; leaked on my computer. There was a big crack in the ceiling in shape of a square. Next morning looked in remaining 2 bedrooms, cracks in ceiling but no water. I emailed the owner Barry F**** about the damage. He responded that someone would be out around 4pm. He then sent another email asking if someone could be out early Thursday, 9/14 morning. I answered him yes at 9am. Two workers showed up around 9:30am went upstairs looked at the damage. He wanted to take out the window screen to look up to see if he could see where the leak was coming from. I told him no, that didn't make sense because water was coming down the sides of the wall, it was in the ceiling. I suggested that he get up on the roof and look. He called Barry, Barry told him to go in the attic and look. I agreed and gave him a large flashlight because all he had was his light from his cell phone. He told me that the leak was coming from where two houses meet together. He told me that the original installers didn't put down overlay pad . He installed the overlay and put sealant around it. For the other 2 rooms he said the shingles weren't nailed down. He nailed them down and put sealant around them.
      Sunday, Sept 24
      I emailed and sent photos to Barry and salesman Erik to let them know that the ceiling was leaking again, and the cracks in the other 2 bedrooms were getting wider.
      I told him that the insulation was damaged and the that this could cause mold and wood rot.
      I let him know that this was causing me emotional and financial stress and that was acceptable.
      Barry did not respond to my email
      October 2, 2023
      Sent Barry and salesman Erik 2 emails, regarding him not responding to the email of Sept 24 and one of photos
