    Date of the traction is July 9. I got told by The hotel manager that In order to receive a refund on my cancellation for my room "I need to get approve by CHOICE" I assumed that's their cooperate. Contacted CHOICE got the approved, and supposedly 3-5 business days I will receive my refund. After a week and 4 days, I receive NOTHING back. Called the hotel, the manager said "CHOICE didn't approve the refund nor got back with her". However, I contacted CHOICE and they said " THE HOTEL MANAGER IS THE ONE DOES NOT WANT TO DO THE REFUND SINCE THEY ARE A PRIVATE HOTEL, CHOICE DOES NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH REFUND OR MONEY RELATED". CHOICE AGENT AND I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THE HOTEL/ MANAGER BUT BARELY BE ABLE TO GET IN CONTACT WITH HER
