    BEWARE! You can't believe their inspection reports as they purposefly try to deceive their clients! They do not follow the NACHI standards of practice. BEWARE!!!
    An inspector who currently works with this company was hired to complete a sewer line scope inspection in accordance with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI).
    1.We now know the scope was fraudulent with the intent to deceive and grosely negligent with a result of harm. They said they scoped the sewer line 60' to the county sewer line connection. We now know they only went 25'. As a result, we bought the home not knowing that the sewer line was collapsed and disconnected at the county sewer line connection and had severe root invasion throughout the line.
    2.This condition was existing at the time of the inspection as the sidewalk at the county connection was visibly collapsed at the time of the inspection (we now know the sidewalk was sunken from the sewage filled sink hole created by the ruptured line connection as confirmed by the county inspector). This sink hole is in a direct line with the interior visible sewer line, the exterior visible cleanout in the yard, and the sunken sidewalk. AND! They never even ran the inpspection down the yard clean out!!
    The following costs have been paid to correct the situation:
    1. The inspection report costs: $728
    2. Replacement cost of the sewer line from the front of the house to county connection: $5199
    They will do nothing to help with the costs. They won't even return the cost of the inspection!

    Ms. R******** is erroneously accusing Hopkin Inc for this inspection. This inspection was completed by 4U inspection Services in August, 2021. Hopkin Inc did not own or have any responsibility of 4U Inspection Services or the work they performed in August, 2021. Hopkin Inc. was not hired or paid to conduct this inspection. We stand firmly behind every inspection we perform and take responsibility for our mistakes. Again, this inspection was not performed by Hopkin Inc and this complaint is erroneous and unjust slander.
