    On 2/7/2025 I paid $175.00 to have MBR toilet cleared (snaked) of suspected cloth dog dropped in. *** ran a pole snake down the toilet. I told him he would need a longer snake. He said I hear that all the time. I said you didn't bring up any cloth, how did you clear the toilet? *** said sometimes toilets need to be snaked more than once. I said you are here today, I need it cleared. Saturday am the second time I flushed the toilet, it was backed up.Monday am I called Benji to let him know it was back up. Friday 2-21-2025 I paid $375.00 to have toilet snaked again. **** tried a pole snake, then got an auger and also pulled the toilet to reach the main drain. He said he had 2 hours and if it could be cleared he is the man. **** worked very hard and ****** up hair and cloth. I questioned why this type of service wasn't given on the 7th. I wouldn't have a problem if **** was sent to my home on 2-7-25. I just wanted my toilet cleared. I do not feel I should pay twice to have one toilet cleared. I calculate the amount of refund $175.00 minus $30.00 for gas and truck expenses. I feel this would be fair

    Hello, we responded to this call for her toilet being backed up, my technician augured the toilet which is the first step in snaking. My technician showed the owner that the toilet did flush without and with paper several times as stated in invoice which the owner signed and agreed with the technician. This happened on a Friday and over the weekend the owner stated that the toilet was not flushing as it should. I explained to her we would come back out and she stated that it was not a hurry to get there when we could. We showed up And **** the other technician augured the toilet and was not able to clear the line, so we pulled the toilet and snaked the main drain. At that time, we were able to clear the line and poured water down drain to show the owner that the line was clear. We reset toilet and the owner was not happy with the flush said the toilet did not swoosh the way it uses too. We then pulled the toilet auger the toilet to show owner that nothing was stuck in toilet, also poured water down the drain and show her that everything was working as it should. At this time, we reset toilet, and the owner said the toilet still did not swoosh the way it should. The technician told her that due to the age of the toilet that she could need to replace the toilet due to build up. My technician had her sign the bill and she gave him a check for both visits never stating that there was an issue. I received a call from owner after she had talked to her friends and said she should not have been charged twice. Thats when I explained that I told her before we came out, we do not guarantee drain cleaning work due to the fact we do not know what you put in your drains, she agreed to us coming out and signed the invoice s both times and paid. After she told me about her friends saying she should not have to pay twice she then went on about being a republican and if I did not refund her she would report me to BBB and write a bad review, at that time I explained to her we did not do anything wrong and that there was a charge for both visits which she knew about and agreed and signed invoice and paid. She then went on to tell me how my *** poured water down the drain and showed her it went down, and she then said I know I am woman but that's what it should do. Also, the owner then told me that my *** told her that the toilet needed to be replaced, and she stated am I an idiot just because I am a woman if you needed to replace the parts, they are in the tank I'm not stupid. I clearly stated that we were talking about the toilet bowl and that build up happens and will slow down the swoosh which is what she was looking for. She then asked if I was going to refund her for the services and I told her I was not because again we did not do anything wrong!
