      I had new gutters installed by Next Day Gutters on June 28, 2022. Shortly thereafter I noticed water leakage from behind the gutters, and rain water coming inside the screen door. These are issues I never encountered with my older gutters. I contacted Next Day Gutters three times regarding the matter, and never received a return call. Each time I spoke with a representative, I was told that someone would be calling me back to arrange for the company to return to my home. It has now been over two weeks with no response. Consequently, I may have to contact another gutter company to inspect and repair the work done by Next Day Gutters, as I am concerned about water damage, and they are not responsive to my inquiries. The attachments I have provided include a detailed sequence of events, including names, dates, and times; supporting documentation; and a link to a ******* channel where you can view videos and pictures of the leakage.
