      After redeeming points for one $10 gift card, I started having problems with my account. I got daily e-mail invitations for surveys, but when I clicked on the links I would receive the message that I had already completed the survey. Every single time, every single day. Then I would go to the website and login to my account directly and go to the list of available surveys, and every single link would just redirect me back to the Survey Roundtable site without ever starting the survey. Every time the survey would be dropped from my available surveys list, and yet no credit was issued to me for "attempting" each survey. After two weeks of this I submitted this exact description on their contact link on their website, only to immediately receive a canned bot e-mail telling me that if I was having login problems to check my password and username, etc., which was absolutely not my issue at all. A real person never even read what I bothered to type, so of course no way to rectify it. I immediately unsubscribed after that. There are many, many more survey companies out there that are actually reputable.

      Riping of the disabled. I told them that they owe me for a duplicate gift card. I don't lie. I'm a Christian woman. Shame on you. I tried multiple times to have you rectify your error. Over $10? Thanks, but no thanks. I invested a lot of my time for $10. I'm pretty sure it's a drop in the hat for your company. Now, I'm unsubscribed and you've got another unhappy person posting on the BBB. What a shame.

      SURVEY ROUNDTABLE IS A SCAM.....JUST COMLETED A LONGGGGGGGGGGGGGG, 30 PLUS MINUTE SURVEY ON FUSIONCASH, HAD TO TAKE THE COMPLETE SURVEY OVER AGAIN...........NO CREDIT................NOT EVEN 1 CENT DQ............AM REPORTING TO FTC AND BBB

      Pretty good until early 2023, missing points from disqualification and now for a completed one. I think it's who they're using as partners, mainly Samplico.

      round table survey is not good . they do not the pay the reward. i do my best in every survey and at the end they did not send me my card . i wander why they do that .if they could not pay so why let us participate in their surveys and wast our time
