Please save your time. Don’t even buy from this dealer although my salesman was wonderful and he has been trying to help us. The management is very poor when we bought this car. They supposedly gave us a really good deal on it. There was no reported damage on the car, however when we further inspected it, we noticed that there was a dent in the back. We also noticed that one of the tail lights was broken, and that one of the caps was missing as well. We brought this to the attention of our salesman Him stating that he would fix the issues. We got it written in paper that they would fix it. They never specified how but they just said they would fix it us assuming that they would fix it. When we took it to get repaired, not only they did not clarify some information with us. Once we bought the car, we had to be the one to reach out to them. I cannot say that they were the ones that reached out to us. Time and time Time again we called and I will I was always given the backhanded saying that they would reach out to us then it would be weeks before they did When my husband took the The car to get fixed they were suppose to give us a rental however, they did not tell us that they needed us to bring proof of insurance for a rental which I didn’t understand because sometimes companies have their own insurance, but if I would’ve known, I would’ve brought my insurance considering that I have the car insurance under my name not my husband's. I would’ve took the time out my day to go and get the vehicle myself but no instead they made my husband wait there all And he had to come pick me up from work so we were rushed in hindsight let this be a lesson learned that if they promised to fix a vehicle, make sure you get in writing in a specifically how they They so-called gave us a good deal, at the end of the day we will be the ones paying for the vehicle. Also, let me not forget to mention that he did say he would fix Be coming out of my pocket that’s OK.

Took truck for routine oil change and tire rotation and left with the vehicle needing to be towed to another mechanic.
They kept recommending additional treatment and I did say no but when it was time to leave every item they mentioned in their findings had a cooroborating light on the dash SUDDENLY lit, NONE of these issues existed until I took my vehicle in for an oil change.
Even then, they tried charging me $189 just to diagnose what they did and that wouldn't even include repairing the damage
Worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic

I was in communication Preston's used car sales team. I contacted the dealership and explained that I was from Pa. And saw a vehicle online and was interested in possibly purchasing it. After going back and forth with the salesman I agreed to purchase the vehicle. Salesman and his manager stated that I would just need to put down a deposit to secure the vehicle. I gave them my credit card and immediately authorized a deposit of $500 to secure the vehicle with the understanding that my wife and I would drive the 4 hours this Friday to pickup the vehicle. I explained that my wife and I would be taking the day off of work to travel there as they stated that Friday would be the best day to pickup the vehicle. After giving my credit card authorization I hung up with and my wife and we both requested Friday off from our respective jobs in preparation for traveling to pickup the vehicle. 3 hours later I called the dealership to inquire about also purchasing a warranty and at that time I was told that someone else was looking at the vehicle and it might not now be available. This was three hours after I reached an agreement to purchase the vehicle and had given my $500 deposit. He explained that the vehicle was physically at another location and the salesman there said someone else took the vehicle for a test drive and he was waiting to here back (over 3 hours now after I gave deposit) if that person was going to purchase the vehicle. I questioned how that could possibly be and he could not explain and was very deceptive with answers. The manager later stated that an acquaintance of another manager MIGHT want to purchase this vehicle (after I gave deposit). Long story short I didn't get the vehicle I believe the business was dishonest and deceptive with me and wasn't ethical, at least in this instance.
