    Zero stars - Warning, do not use R&M Appraisal Services. Clearly, there’s a problem with one of the employees, Dustin *****. Please see my previous complaint for the details. As you can see, they don’t even care to address the two complaints against him, which reflects on their company as a whole. Now that the Commission has found him negligent, I will be moving forward with my lawsuit. Below you will find Mr. ***** unprofessional and email to me along with a portion of the complaint that addresses Mr. ***** official disciplinary action against his license. _________________________________________________ Response email from Dustin Saul dated 2/24/23 Ms. Janifer, I believe my appraisals of ***** San Jose Lane and 11110 Little Cove Point Road were appropriate.  To date, there has been no finding by the Real Estate Commission that I violated any appraisal standards. Also, R&M Appraisal Services’ contracts for these appraisals were with the banks, there was no contract with you.  Therefore, I must respectfully decline to pay the sum that you’ve requested. Sincerely Dustin ***** _________________________________________________ On 3/29/23 The Commission of Real Estate Appraisers, Appraisal Management Companies and Home Inspectors Maryland Department of Labor found Dustin Saul’s negligent Mr. ***** received an official disciplinary action against his license of a reprimand and was also ordered to complete 15 hours of remedial education.  23-REA-16 Dustin ***** (03-28325) A reprimand and the completion of 15 hours of remedial education for violating Md. Code Ann., Bus. Occ. & Prof. Art. (“BOP”), 16-701(a),(1),(x), and(xiii) as well as violating multiple USPAP provisions.
