    Date of Incident is 06/08/2023 They overcharged me $405 knowing with the solution was from the beginning. Below is my **** review. The customer service here is HORRIBLE. The level of professionalism is nonexistent. The Manager ** is a aloof, insolent and has a minimum ***** as his method of communicating to paying customers is inserting vulgarity in his fragmented sentences when being asked simple questions. I was often addressed as "Hey Man" or "Yo". There's no effective communication or follow up. They caused me to miss two scheduled out of town visits as my truck was in their possession and the work wasn't completed in the allotted time that was communicated. The reverence for their customers is absent. The owner **** appears to come off more reasonable in dialect and uses his more jovial personality when communicating with you but he too also slid in profane language when describing the recommended steps to resolve the video output issue regarding my truck.As a professional and a disabled veteran who served this country and served in Operation ******** ******* their demeaning approach triggered my PTSD. When finally picking up my vehicle I began to express to JB how their customer service is poor at best. He assured me that the lack of professionalism that I felt had nothing to do with the color of my skin and he treats all customers equally and has stellar ****** reviews. I reminded him of our **** poor interaction when he contacted me using profanity in his frustrations. He then seemed to get offended as I tried to impart some solid advice and wisdom into him regarding his method of communicating with customers. He leaned over the counter and challenged me as if he wanted to take a swing at me and I stated "This is exactly what I'm referring to". You can imagine my shudder, as I reacted to his threat he then told me I need to leave his shop as he continued to use provoking language as if he wanted to get into a physical altercation.
