Dermot is very customer oriented and had an excellent response time. His company has superb customer service and craftsmanship. I had NewBrook Home Improvement LLC order and install an electric retractable awning for our back deck. We have received numerous compliments from our neighbors and from friends who have been over for dinner. Extremely happy we went with NewBrook Home Improvement LLC.

NewBrook Home Improvement recently installed a rooftop awning over my backyard deck. NewBrook Home Improvement (owner Dermot McD******) is an outstanding company and we highly recommend it without reservation!!! For those who would like a little more detail, this was our experience.
We solicited four bids from highly-rated companies in Southern Maryland to replace the siding and gutters on our home and all came back roughly around the same price. However, we ultimately selected NewBrook because Dermot provided the greatest level of detail in the bid, during our discussion on the initial visit and in the description of work. Dermot clearly explained everything that would be done, the materials that would be used, and their purpose. Not only did he answer all of our questions then, but he encouraged us to call him if we had further questions. And we did.
All throughout the process Dermot kept in contact with us so we would know when to expect the workers and what they would be doing, as well as their overall schedule.
Most importantly, the quality of the work was excellent; and always completed when Dermot said it would be. Our compliments also extend to William, the crew chief, who was outstanding.
We are very pleased with the results, and we are very pleased with NewBrook. Not only does our house look better, but it is much better protected from the elements which was extremely important to us. We recommend NewBrook most highly.NewBrook Home Improvement LLC

5 starsOutstanding job putting on our new GAF roof system. Both the owner and crew that installed the new roofing were great. Everything went as planned and when the job was complete, the entire site was completely cleaned and you couldn't even tell that a major roofing project had been accomplished. 5 starsAbsolutely satisfied with the great job NewBrook Home Improvement did on my roof. I had multiple problems to solve from the original builder and after inspecting the roof and getting multiple estimates, I decided to go with NewBrook Home Improvement as they were the most affordable with the greatest reviews. They scheduled my job quickly and did the tear off and install in one day! It was amazing.
