    I went to a consultation appointment regarding my wisdom teeth removal with Dr. **** ****** on 7/3. On 8/1, I received a phone call that I owe this office money. I asked for a bill and they said they could not provide one. The next day, Advanced OFS sent me a letter and bill for the consultation. I thought this was odd to be charged for. I went back to their website and confirmed it advertises “free consultations” under the Wisdom Tooth procedure webpage. When the link is clicked, a pop up appears where you can choose a service. Photos are attached. I called the office to tell them that I was confused on the charge when the site advertises free consultations. They denied this and said that is for cosmetic procedures. I followed up with my insurance company after. While on the phone with the insurance, I refreshed the webpage to find the language changed to no longer advertise free consultations as it did when I made my appointment and at the time of billing. Photo attached here. I called the Advanced OFS office again to ask about the change on their site. They admitted they did revise that language because of my phone call, but that I still needed to pay even though this was evident false advertising. Next, Dr. ****** calls me. In this call, he says that I am “stupid” multiple times, said that I am dishonest, unprofessional, that I should not act like this at “24 years old”, and that I have ruined their day. It was incredibly unprofessional and shocking to hear. I want to share this with you to raise awareness of this business that appears to provide false advertising and unprovoked, unprofessional, hurtful behavior. I want to stand up for myself and others and do not want anyone else to have a similar situation. Because he called out my age, I can assume that he intended to attempt and intimidate me as a young woman. This company has my address, and I am unsure if I should feel unsafe at this point given the doctors behavior.
