    I called Dave P****** to get an estimate in 10/2023 , for water damage from a broken water pipe, I was told he would have the estimate it in a week. I never heard back from Dave I contacted him by phone and email, to no avail. It is now 01/2024

    We are very sorry for your negative experience in obtaining an estimate from our firm. We were quite short on salesmen at the time and I, the owner responded to this call. I am also responsible for not getting the proposal over as it should have been. We were entirely too busy and short staffed at the time not allowing me to complete this proposal as we should have. We offer our sincere apologies and hope the project went well for the client.
