      Everything is included with the uploaded document including dates, statements, receipts, and the picture to verify what was charged. My car was recently stolen within the same week I had a issue.

      Unfair experience? First off Mr. *** called us and asked if could we install his two cameras (front and rear). We said yes we can do it it'll be $250, Mr. *** then shows up with a total of four cameras. I then instructed Mr. *** that the price he was given was for 2 cameras(front and rear) not 4. I kind of had a feeling something was up because Mr. *** showed up and only pulled one out of his bag and never really pulled the other one out. Mr. *** then proceeded to tell me he only has $150 of the $250 that I told him and asked if I could install the cameras he give me the rest when he gets paid and I said NO. I then told Mr. *** that I can just install the front for $150 and he agreed. 


      During the installation, I noticed Mr. *** did not have a hardware kit for his camera that he forgot to order. I went through my inventory, found one, and charged Mr. *** a whopping $0 dollars for it! Which he seems to be leaving out. The installation took us about an hour extra than it should have because he was missing that part of the installation. Mr. *** either clearly misunderstood or was trying to get over I believe because no shop in their right mind is going to take literally what would've been six hours to install those cameras for $250. This is the exact reason why if you book an appointment on our site it states “we do not install customer-supplied equipment” because this is always the result. 


      When trying to be nice and go above and beyond for a customer goes wrong.
