    I was in a significant car accident on a Thursday. Maryland success labs called me on Friday evening to give me a time they would be by on Saturday. I somehow stupidly bc of the accident got the times screwed up in my head. They arrived and I had gone on my mobility cart to the store. My wife calls and says they are giving me 5 min. There was no way I could make it back. I own my oops. I was so embarrassed. I called to explain myself and no one called me. After 3 messages I called my provider and they stated that the company has a one miss policy and they will never ever come out again. They don’t do extenuating circumstances. Also the NEVER provided this policy. I even went through all of my paperwork that I was given between them and my new provider that they were sent through. I am still so upset. Bc I can’t get to a *** **** without a mobility ride. This is the worst medication situation that I have had in years.
